The receptionist was very helpful and kind. They gave us a used charger that was a perfect fit and didn’t even charge us for it!! I highly recommend this place for your hearing needs!

Shared with Jessica I was having some issues with not able to hear peoples voices as clearly as I would’ve liked. I’m able to hear more conversation than the outside noise. I truly recommend this place. They have always been so kind and understanding and willing to help. I am so grateful for Jessica for all of her knowledge she has. But most of all how kind she is.

It was late in the day on Saturday and I tried several different places to include Costco to see if I can get a filter. The item is a $.10 item and I needed one. The greeter at Costco was very matter of fact and uncaring and indicated that I needed to join Costco to even be able to talk to their hearing aids people. I struggled through until Monday and went to the Spanish Work office and was greeted by the nicest people I’ve ever met in business. The young lady who helped me was so accommodating. Not only did she fix my hearing aids. She gave me a packet of replacements and told me that if I ever was back and needed, help to not hesitate. If I could give them a more glowing review, I would certainly do it. This is a company that obviously has customer support as a forefront operation. I thank you very much.

I traveled more than three hours each way to see Dr. Lundquist at Timpanogos Hearing and Tinnitus after multiple conversations with the office in which I clearly explained my situation: severe tinnitus, cookie-bite hearing loss, auditory processing challenges, and the complex neurological issues contributing to my condition. Based on those conversations, I was repeatedly reassured that I had come to the right place and that they could help address my specific needs. Those assurances were the primary reason I made the long trip.
Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. What was scheduled as a two-hour appointment ended up taking approximately four hours, yet I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and no closer to a solution. Throughout the appointment, Dr. Lundquist came across as condescending and made comments that I found rude and dismissive. Rather than listening carefully to my concerns and the unique circumstances surrounding my condition, I felt he had already decided what he was going to tell me before truly understanding my case.
One of the most frustrating aspects was the disconnect between what was promised before the appointment and what occurred once I arrived. Prior to the visit, I was led to believe that there were treatment options and expertise available for complex tinnitus cases like mine. During the appointment, however, I felt the message was essentially that I should learn to live with my tinnitus. Being told, "I'm an expert in treating tinnitus, and you just have to get used to it," after traveling such a long distance for specialized help was incredibly discouraging.
I was also disappointed by how quickly payment was processed despite my growing concerns that my needs were not being addressed. The focus seemed to shift away from understanding my condition and toward concluding the appointment.
The most insulting moment came when I was told that I needed to be emotionally and mentally ready for hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids for 16 years. Hearing that statement made me feel as though my experience, knowledge of my own condition, and ability to manage hearing technology were being completely disregarded.
The day after my appointment, I contacted the office and requested to see a different provider within the clinic. Instead, I was told to seek care elsewhere. That response only reinforced my feeling that the clinic was unwilling to work with patients whose cases fall outside the ordinary.
My hearing loss and tinnitus are only part of a much larger and more complicated neurological picture. I made that very clear from the beginning. Rather than receiving the specialized care and understanding I was promised, I left feeling gaslighted and questioning whether my concerns were being taken seriously at all.
If you have a straightforward hearing loss case, your experience may be different. However, if you suffer from severe, complex, or unusual tinnitus and are seeking a provider who will take the time to understand the full scope of your condition, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The marketing and initial conversations gave me hope that help was available, but my actual experience was the exact opposite.
This was one of the most disappointing medical experiences I have ever had.
