Dr. Lundquist grew up in Payson, Utah. It was in high school that he became passionate about audiology after taking an anatomy class. Dr. Lundquist went to Utah State University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communicative Disorders. He received his Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of Utah. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA), certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association (CCC-A), is American Board of Audiology Certified (ABA-C), is a Certificate Holder in Tinnitus Management (CH-TM) from the American Board of Audiology, and is a certified Lenire provider, treating more tinnitus patients with Lenire than any other tinnitus specialist in Utah.
