Arianna Bastys joined the HearCare team last year after completing her 4th year externship program. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is completing her doctorate degree from the University of South Florida (USF). She is also a fellow member of the Florida Academy of Audiology and is working towards her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Arianna has worked as a newborn hearing screener at Tampa General Hospital and as an audiology assistant for the USF Hearing Clinic. She has completed rotations at in-patient and out-patient hospital settings, ENT, and private practice with patients of all ages. Her interests include diagnostics, tinnitus, hearing aids, and aural rehabilitation.
Arianna strives to implement evidence-based practices to effectively diagnose and address the hearing needs of her patients. “Building a trusting relationship with my patients is my top priority. I aim to provide support and guidance as my patients work through their hearing goals and treatment options.”
Arianna lives in Sarasota with her boyfriend. When not working with patients, she loves to run, try new restaurants, go to the beach, and travel.
