I’d like to share my experience with Atlantic Hearing Care, Inc at 990 Paradise Rd, Suite 3A, Swampscott, MA—especially with Dr. Taylor Chabot, Au.D.
Taylor is exceptionally knowledgeable, educated, and experienced across all aspects of audiology. She understands both the unique challenges her patients face and the wide range of hearing equipment options available, including the subtle differences between specific devices. Taylor is kind, patient, and friendly, and it’s clear that she genuinely enjoys her work—helping people improve their quality of life through better hearing.
I also had a very positive experience with Atlantic’s newer audiologist, who was professional and attentive throughout my visits.
Finally, I’d like to recognize Karen Tracchia, Patient Care Coordinator, who was always welcoming and upbeat. Her friendly energy made each visit a pleasure from the moment I walked through the door.
As I continue my audiology journey, Atlantic Hearing Care will certainly remain an important part of it.

A yea...I’ve been to many audiologists in the last 30 years. I have to say that my visit with Dr. Taylor Chabot ranks as one of the best. The doctor and office are personable, professional, and caring.
A year later, I am even more enthusiastic about Dr. Chabot's care. She has been working closely with me as I enter new territory--a cochlear implant. I can honestly say that I probably would not be taking this step if not for Dr. Chabot's guidance. She patiently answered my many questions. She never pushed me to choose the surgery. She presented the information--pluses and minus--and let me decide. In addition, she streamlined the process making it as easy as possible. In six weeks, I will have the operation and begin my new hearing journey. Knowing that Dr. Chabot will be accompanying me into the unknown makes the process less scary.
I've had many audiologists since I began wearing hearing aids 30 years ago. No other audiologist has come close to Dr. Chabot in providing information and genuinely caring about my needs.
