Dr. Kristen Kaufman grew up in Sioux Falls and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Augustana College in 1988. She was awarded her Master’s Degree in Audiology from Idaho State University in 1990 and a Doctorate of Audiology from the Salus University of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and School of Audiology in 2005. Dr. Kaufman joined Ear, Nose and Throat, PC, which later became Midwest Ear, Nose, and Throat, in Sioux Falls in 1990. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), is a licensed Audiologist in the State of South Dakota.
