Dr. Janna Spada

CCC-A

I am from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and earned my undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Middle Tennessee State University in 2021. I then earned my Doctorate in Audiology from East Tennessee State University in 2025. I recently completed my clinical externship in Audiology with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Huntington, West Virginia. I currently hold active licensure in both Tennessee and North Carolina. During my education. I received extensive training in a variety of clinical settings such as private practice, Ear, Nose, and Throat, and the Department of Veterans  Affairs, and have worked with diverse patient populations, ranging from children to older adults. I also maintain a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

As an Audiologist, I specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of hearing loss and tinnitus, and offer a wide range of services, including comprehensive hearing assessments, custom hearing aids, and cerumen management. I believe in taking a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to audiology, ensuring each patient receives individualized care and the most current, innovative treatment options. I aim to work closely with patients to not only improve hearing but also to help them thrive in their everyday lives.

Outside of work, I spend my time travelling throughout Tennessee and North Carolina with my fiancé, Mark. When we aren’t travelling, we both spend our time hiking, trying new restaurants, and taking care of our two rambunctious cats.
