Michelle is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist with over a decade of customer service experience. Known for her friendly approach and genuine care, she is passionate about helping patients improve their hearing — and their lives — through personalized hearing solutions. She has a deep commitment to continuing education – she has her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University (O-H!) and her Master’s degree from University of Florida.
Michelle combines clinical knowledge with a heartfelt understanding of her patients’ needs. Her favorite part of the job? Seeing the joy on her patients’ faces once they can hear clearly again after she comes out of the office lab with their newly-repaired hearing aids.
When she’s not helping patients reconnect with the sounds they love, you’ll probably find Michelle enjoying all things Disney World — her happy place and a source of inspiration for bringing a little magic into every day. She lives in Lyndhurst with her two dogs and always loves seeing and sharing photos of her patients’ pups, too!
