Rich has been practicing audiology for 25 years in the Chicagoland area. He enjoys working with patients and their family members to improve their communication abilities and quality of life. He is fluent in American Sign Language and has worked extensively with people who utilize manual communication. His belief in serving others led him to provide audiology care for domestic missions and international missions, focusing on pediatric refugees.
