Dr. Elliot founded A&E Audiology in December 2000 as a small, local, family owned business, and is proud to know that over 21,000 people have been treated at our clinic since then. A&E is named after her sons Andrew and Eric, whom she enthusiastically describes as her “proudest accomplishments.” Dr. Elliot has a passion for helping people hear better, whether it’s here in Lancaster County or on a humanitarian mission trip to Guatemala or Africa or some other developing country.

“I initially started as an undergraduate in Speech and Audiology but realized fairly early that I received immense joy from working with people with hearing loss. I founded A&E Audiology with the goal of being able to bring quality audiology services to people in Lancaster County. My mission is to keep challenging myself and my staff to provide the best quality of care in a warm and compassionate environment!” ~Dr. Elliot
Dr. Elliot has served as the past president of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, and was honored in 2018 with the George. S. Osborne Award for contributions to the profession, which is one of the Academy’s most prestigious awards.
