Dr. Ackley obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from The University of North Carolina at Asheville. She then earned her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from Towson University, located near Baltimore, Maryland. She has recently relocated to Upstate South Carolina from her hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina, where she completed her fourth-year externship at Birkdale Audiology.
Dr. Ackley is passionate about providing high-quality, individualized care to her patients and focuses on adhering to audiology best practices. She enjoys helping her patients find the best hearing solutions that fit their lifestyle needs. Her favorite part about practicing audiology is getting to experience the joy of improved hearing and communication alongside her patients. In her free time, she loves to travel and was an au pair in Spain before starting her doctoral program. She is looking forward to exploring her new home in South Carolina.
