So the first thing you need to know about Dr. Maxwell is that he LOVES to sing!! Unfortunately, those around him prefer that he doesn’t sing. He continually hopes and prays that one day his voice will magically sing all the notes on tune. However, even now, on your birthday he is happy to sing a rousing version of Happy Birthday in Portuguese.
The second thing you need to know is that he loves to travel, explore new places, and be outside. So you may find him on the mountain hiking, or on a trail or road bicycling, or walking with his wife, or exploring some exotic place. Most of all he loves spending time with his wife, children, soon to be grandchildren, and helping out at church. He thoroughly enjoys helping people be able to hear better so that they can be part of life again and to teach about the importance of protecting hearing.
Some of the more mundane things are that he grew up in St. George and his dad grew up in Enoch so there is extended family all over southern Utah. He graduated with his Masters in Audiology from University of Utah 23+ years ago and with his Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. Finally, he likes clean, funny, and appropriate jokes.
